        Are they really books?

        Yes. Every one is a small hardback with a printed cover, board covers and pages that turn. They are not solid blocks with a spine printed on the side.

        How big are they?

        Around six centimetres tall, so one sits comfortably in your palm and the whole set fits in one hand. The case itself is a tall slim bookcase, about the height of a large book stood on end.

        Open the door and you will find twenty five numbered drawers, five across and five down. Open one a day from the first of December. Behind each is a different classic.
